Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI) launched the 2016 Honda Dream Neo at a price of INR 49,070, ex-Showroom, New Delhi. The 2016 Dream Neo was revealed at the Auto Expo 2016, and comes with minor cosmetic revisions. It is the fifth new model for 2016 from the Japanese maker.
The 2016 Dream Neo gets new graphics and comes in three new colors - Black with Blue Stripes, Imperial Red Metallic and Geny Grey Metallic. The commuter motorcycle also gets a chrome plated muffler protector and 3D emblem on the fuel tank.
At its heart is the 109.19 cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine with HET (Honda Eco Technology) that produces 8.25 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 8.63 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm, paired to a four-speed gearbox. The fuel efficiency claim of the Dream Neo stands at 74 km/l, according to Honda's internal testing conditions.

Only a single variant of the Dream Neo is offered, with drum brakes, self-starter and alloy wheels. The Dream Neo nameplate was introduced in 2013. Compared to the 2015 model, Honda has not altered the prices on the 2016 MY.
