Last night, the BMW Efficient Dynamics made a seven seas trip to Mumbai. The occasion you ask – to feature in the Mission Impossible 4 shoot on the streets of Prabhadevi. A fellow Team-Bhp Member snapped a few pics of the car despite of the heavy security.

The Efficient Dynamics Concept is BMW’s vision of a tree hugging Supercar. Conceived as a 2+2-seater with plug-in full-hybrid technology, this unique car combines the performance of a BMW M vehicle with a standard of fuel efficiency and emission management better than modern day hatchbacks.

The powertrain produces 356 horsepower and a peak torque of 590 lb-ft. It has enough power to hurl the car to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and keep on hurling to an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. And if you ask ‘Mileage Kitna Deti Hai?’ – the answer is a whopping 26 km/l. Although, this car was just a concept, a lot of the technology has been trickled down to new BMWs.

So after Aston Martin One 77, BMW Efficient Dynamics Concept, can we expect a Bugatti Veyron SS? ;)
