Volkswagen has announced the 2016 VW Polo, 2016 VW Golf and 2016 VW Passat for UK. The updated models are now available to order and will start reaching dealerships in early 2016.
2016 VW Polo
The 2016 VW Polo range sees the Polo SE being replaced by Polo Match. Available in both 3- and 5-door bodystyles, the Polo Match comes with front fog lights with static cornering function, 15-inch Stratford alloy wheels, tinted rear windows, cruise control, front and rear parking sensors and many appealing features as standard. It is priced from £12,735 RRP OTR - just £100 OTR higher, but offers more than £900-worth of extra equipment.
2016 VW Golf
For model year 2016, the VW Golf GT has been replaced by the VW Golf GT Edition. It has an additional £1,795 worth of features including a panoramic sunroof and 18-inch Durban alloy wheels, but is priced from £23,915 RRP OTR – just £300 more than the former.
The Golf R-Line has been replaced by Golf R-Line Edition. Priced from £24,860 RRP OTR - just £250 OTR higher than the former, it has an additional £1,730 worth of equipment including 18-inch Serron alloys wheels and a panormaic sunroof.
2016 VW Passat
For model year 2016, the SE Business trim has been made even more attractive with £555 worth of standard features like Discover Navigation, front fog lights, electric folding door mirrors and tinted rear windows, for a price hike of just £100 OTR. The SE trim has been discontinued.
