Could launch before the end of March.
Tata has announced that they have shortlisted three new names for the Tata Zica hatchback: Tata Civet, Tata Adore and Tata Tiago. Now it's up to Tata fans, who can vote for the favorite name.
Given that the Zica name had to be changed due to this reason, the launch of the Tata Zica did not take place as expected at the Auto Expo 2016. New reports suggest that the Zica will go on sale with a new name before the end of March 2016.
Engine lineup includes an all-new 1.2-litre three-cylinder Revotron petrol all-aluminium engine that produces 85 PS and 114 Nm, and an all-new 1.05-litre three-cylinder Revotorq diesel motor that generates 70 PS and 140 Nm. Both engines will initially come with five-speed manual gearboxes, while an AMT system will be introduced later.
