Will go on sale in Italy in March 2017.
The Suzuki Jimny Shinsei edition that was announced in Italy in October is being showcased at the 2016 Bologna Motor Show in the country, enjoying the snowfall.
The word 'Shinsei' in the special edition Suzuki Jimny's name is Japanese for 'sacred, divine'. The Jimny Shinsei, as evident by its Dark Yellow '70 exterior colour, pays homage to the iconic Suzuki LJ20, the successor to the Suzuki LJ10. Only 100 units of the Jimny Shinsei will be sold in Italy, priced at €23,000 (INR 16,68,640.5) each.
The Suzuki Jimny Shinsei measures 3,675 mm (3,785 mm maximum) in length, 1,600 mm (1,645 mm maximum) in width and 1,670 mm (1,705 mm maximum) in height. It's powered by the M13A 1.3-litre VVT four-cylinder petrol engine that develops 62.4 kW (83.65 hp) and 110 Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission is standard, and so is the ALLGRIP PRO four-wheel drive system.
Privacy glass, heated and electrically adjustable coloured door mirrors, black/silver roof rails, sunroof, 6.2-inch infotainment system with navigation, Bluetooth and MirrorLink, leather steering wheel with silver stitching, dual-front airbags, ABS and TPMS are the key features of the Suzuki Jimny Shinsei.
Sales of the limited edition Jimny will commence in March 2017.
