The Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 has always been a potent highway cruiser with extremely practical features. Eimor Customs have given a boost to its aesthetics and practicality with the ‘Titanium’.
This custom Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 sports a custom paint job in Silver, black and candy maroon. The fuel tank and fenders are custom, with really intricate paintwork. The custom split seats with backrest have additional cushioning for comfortable long-distance rides. They have fitted the C-type bent handlebar over machined handlebar risers for a swanky riding posture. Crash guard-mounted LED auxiliary lights accompany the twin-pod headlight. The instrumentation is the same stock twin-pod unit. Bullet type LED indicators flank the headlights.

The custom house has used a 19-inch front and a 15-inch rear spoke wheels shod with 90-section and 130-section respectively. The two hard-case panniers come with tail lights, and there is an additional lighting at the underside of the tank as well. The engine and exhaust are stock. The 499 cc single cylinder mill with fuel injection puts out 27.2 bhp at 5,250 rpm; and 41.3 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The powerplant works in tandem with a 5-speed transmission.
