Royal Enfield recently announced "Make Your Own" motorcycle customization program. The new initiative enables potential buyers to customize their bikes (Classic 350 for now) with the optional Genuine Motorcycle Accessories offered by the two-wheeler brand. In more updates, the company has extended the list of Genuine Motorcycle Accessories with the addition of 16 silencer assembly options for the Classic 350.

All silencer assembly options are available through the company’s website, and they are suitable for the BS-III and BS-IV versions of the Classic 350. Royal Enfield adds that all silencer assembly options are fully compliant for both, noise and emissions norms. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the system also helps to shed the overall weight by 40% over the standard silencer. The hardware is backed by a two-year warranty.

The Genuine Motorcycle Accessories silencer has been completely developed alongside the motorcycle, ensuring engine performance and running conditions are maintained. This has enabled us to develop this silencer to be fully compliant for both noise and emissions norms (For both BS3 and BS4 versions of the Classic 350). The perfect combination of materials and development has reduced the overall weight by 40% when compared to the original silencer.

Adding the silencer assembly from the Genuine Motorcycle Accessories will not affect the warranty of the motorcycle. Royal Enfield’s website states that the silencer assembly ensures “engine performance and running conditions are maintained”, although the revision to the power output figure is not available.
