In case you are unaware, the recently unveiled Revolt Intellicorp RV 400 is based on the Super Soco TS electric motorcycle. Both motorcycles look nearly identical, although Revolt Intellicorp has made some changes to the styling that makes the Indian-spec model more appealing. The sighting of the Super Soco TC hints that Revolt Intellicorp may introduce another electric model in the Indian market with retro styling. Regular readers would remember that Revolt Intellicorp reportedly has three products in the pipeline.
The Super Soco TC features a round headlight with a brushed silver finish to the mask. The interior of the headlamp, however, is similar to the unit on the Super Soco TS. LED headlight and blinkers enhance the premium looks of the motorcycle.
The cockpit on the TC badge has a semi-digital instrument console that comprises an analogue speedometer, while the rest of the ride related information is available on the digital display. The instrument console is surrounded by a similar material that also makes the headlight mask.
The handlebar gets a black finish while the grips receive a brown leather colour. The leather finish, along with the round shape of the rearview mirrors, enhances the retro look of the motorcycle. The battery storage compartment, tank shrouds and fairing design are similar to the TS model, although the TC variant comes with different colours and stripe design. The ribbed pattern on the saddle is complemented by the leather finish to achieve retro styling.
The rear section of the Super Soco TC is entirely different from the TS model. The retro-style motorcycle features a different pillion grab rail and comes equipped with a rear fender mounted number plate, tail light and blinkers.
If at all Revolt Intellicorp plans to introduce such as model, we expect it to receive the same motor as the RV 400 that boasts a top speed of 85 km/h and an ARAI certified range of 156 km. The braking department includes disc brakes (240 mm front and 180 mm rear) on both wheels. However, the discs on the Super Soco TC model do not feature a ventilated pattern. The disc design is proper retro, although the lack of ventilation pattern may affect their performance. Revolt Intellicorp may replace the disc brakes with ventilated units on the RV 400.
