At the 87th Geneva Motor Show Nissan has unveiled the facelifted Nissan Qashqai with ProPilot technology. This helps the crossover be capable of accelerating, decelerating and steering, itself when travelling in a single lane on highways.
The Nissan Qashqai gets a revised front end with the latest Nissan V-motion grille, revised boomerang shaped daytime running lights, and revised taillamp. The crossover also gets adaptive front lighting which improves night-time safety. The Nissan Qashqai facelift also gains Vivid Blue and Chestnut Bronze paint options.
Interior changes in the 2018 Nissan Qashqai include premium materials, improved dashboard and a new multifunction steering wheel. The NissanConnect infotainment system with DAB digital radio and satellite navigation has also received a new user interface. Safety features now also include Intelligent Emergency Braking system that now also features Pedestrian Recognition and the introduction of Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
Powertrain options continue unchanged, highlighted by the tried and tested 1.5-litre dCi diesel mill which is capable of producing 110 PS of power with only 99g/km of CO2 emission.
