Will launch in 2018-19.
Honda is currently working on the next generation Honda Brio and Honda Amaze, codenamed 2UA and 2UB, respectively. They are expected to arrive in 2018-2019 in the Indian market.
Both models are expected to feature a plethora of exterior and interior improvements. At the moment technical details are scarce, although Honda will concentrate on vehicle safety to meet mandatory safety norms that will come into effect by 2019-2020.
The next generation Honda Amaze will enter production in India in June 2018, reportedly. Keeping in mind the growing sub-4m sedan segment, the company is estimating a production rate of around 105,000 units per annum.

As for the near future, several reports state that Honda India will introduce a mid-cycle facelift for the Brio later this year. Unveiled at the IIMS 2016 in Indonesia, most of the changes are sourced from the 2016 Honda Amaze (facelift).
