Here is the detailed variant-wise feature breakup of the new Mahindra Scorpio, which launches on September 25. The SUV will come in six variants. All variants will feature -
- New "3rd Generation" chassis
- New dashboard and instrument cluster

New Mahindra Scorpio S2: 2.5-liter m2DiCr diesel engine, AC, power steering, micro hybrid, central locking, power windows and 15-inch steel wheels.
New Mahindra Scorpio S4: (In addition to S2) 2.2-liter mHawk diesel, tilt-adjustable steering, fabric upholstery, 17-inch wheels, 5MT 320 gearbox and 4x4 with Shift-on-Fly (optional).
New Mahindra Scorpio S6: (In addition to S4) remote central locking, rear wiper and defogger, middle row sliding seat, armrest, 2-DIN music system (not a touchscreen), body colored door handles, spoiler & wing mirrors and roof rack.
New Mahindra Scorpio S6 Plus: (In addition to S6) airbag and ABS.
New Mahindra Scorpio S8: (In addition to S6) electrically adjustable wing mirrors, voice assist system, projector headlights, 17-inch alloy wheels, silver skid plate, parking sensors and foglights.
New Mahindra Scorpio S10: (In addition to S8) touchscreen infotainment system with integrated GPS, projector headlights with static bending technology, micro hybrid technology, 4x4 with Shift-on-Fly (optional), tire pressure monitoring system, rain and light sensors, steering mounted audio and cruise control, automatic AC, LED 'eyebrows' and chrome package for grille and AC vents.
