Mercedes-Benz India is going to launch a more up-class version of the V-Class, known as V-Class Elite, on 7 November 2019. This version will supposedly be based on the facelifted model that debuted at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show.
The Mercedes V-Class Elite will be made available in the long-wheelbase (5,140 mm) form. Also, Mercedes will launch the extra-long wheelbase (5,370 mm) model in India, but this extra-long wheelbase model might not be sold in the top-spec variant.
In terms of exteriors, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class Elite will feature tweaked headlamps as well as tail lamps. Also, the bumper design will be all-new, and there'll be a remastered front grille. In terms of interiors, it will sport new control surfaces and turbine-style air-con vents as seen on other latest models from Mercedes-Benz. Moreover, its infotainment system may feature a larger display.
The new Mercedes V-Class is available in a variety of seating options ranging from four seats to seven seats. The seating layout of the Indian-spec model hasn't been confirmed yet. But what's certain is that it will sport an even plusher cabin than the currently available old model.
Mercedes-Benz has launched the new V-Class range internationally with a new diesel engine. But it is yet not confirmed whether the Indian-spec model will get the same engine or not.

The Mercedes V-Class' current unchallenged status is about to change, as Toyota Kiroloskar Motor is preparing to launch the Toyota Vellfire luxury MPV in the Indian market very soon. This model is expected to retail in the range of INR 75-80 lakh (ex-showroom).
