Could get the SHVS tech from the Ciaz.
A report on ZigWheels claims that the 2015 Maruti Ertiga (facelift) will go on sale in India on October 10.
Unveiled at the 2015 GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show) in August this year, the Ertiga facelift sees minor cosmetic and feature revisions. Changes on the outside extend to a new triple-slat chrome grille, chrome highlights for the foglight enclosures, a new radiator grille, new front and rear bumpers, redesigned alloy wheels, new rear reflectors, and finally a new chrome element for the rear registration plate enclosure with the 'Ertiga' branding.
New upholstery and floor mats, new color patterns, audio and phone controls on the steering wheel, electrically adjustable and folding wing mirrors and a 50:50 split option for the last row of seats are the changes observed inside. Additionally, Maruti's SmartPlay touchscreen entertainment system could also be offered on the top-end 'Z' variant, the report states.

Mechanically, the Ertiga for India is expected to continue using the 1.4-liter K-Series petrol engine and the 1.3-liter DDiS diesel, but both engines will be retuned for better fuel efficiency. Further, the diesel variant could be the next recipient of the SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) micro-hybrid system which was launched on the Ciaz.
