Maruti's Eeco and Omni utility vehicles got customized versions as well at the Auto Expo 2014. Take a look at the Eeco Piknik and the Omni Cafe below.
Maruti EECO Piknik
The Eeco Piknik is made to look like a cool camper van. Painted in a light blue shade, the Piknik sees additions such as all new bumper at the front and rear, multi-spoke alloy wheels, side body graphics, tinted windows and blackened out pillars.
Towards the rear, the exhaust tip is neatly integrated in the new bumper and the number plate garnish is revised with a black applique with the car's name on it. We quite like the Eeco Piknik, but this is a special project for the auto exhibition and not for the production line.
Maruti Omni Cafe
The Omni Cafe is an interesting idea from Maruti for a food-on-wheels outlet. Painted in a yellow color, the van gets alloy wheels and body graphics, apart from a new front bumper.
The boot houses two refrigerators for cold storage, while a table above them provides for a toaster and other accessories. The rear windows of the Omni, which are generally fixed, now open in upwards and come with a counter.
