Lotus displayed the Lotus Evora 400 and Lotus Elise at the 2016 Bologna Motor Show. In Italy, the Lotus Evora 400 and Elise are priced at EUR 103,140 and EUR 43,270, respectively.
Lotus Evora 400
The Lotus Evora 400 is powered by a 3.5-litre supercharged V6 petrol engine that churns out 400 hp at 7,000 rpm and 410 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm. Drive is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission, which can swapped for a 6-speed automatic transmission as well. The Evora 400 can sprint from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and hit a top speed 186 mph (300 km/h) with the manual transmission or 174 mph (280 km/h) with the automatic option.
LED daytime running lights, Bi-xenon headlights, 10-spoke 19-inch (front) and 20-inch (rear) alloy wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport tyres, power folding and heated door mirrors, oval exhaust finisher, navigation system, 5-speaker sound system and lightweight forged aluminium pedal pads are some of the key features of the Lotus Evora 400.
Lotus Elise
The Lotus Elise Sport packs a 1.6-litre dual VVT-i supercharged four-cylinder engine that churns out 134 hp (136 PS/100 kW) at 6,800 rpm and 160 Nm (4,400 rpm). Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. The Lotus Elise can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.5 seconds and can hit a top speed of 127 mph (204 km/h).
Noteworthy features of the Lotus Elise include 16-inch (front) and 17-inch (rear) lightweight alloy wheels, Yokohama Advan Neova tyres, track-tuned ABS, black leather steering wheel, polished aluminium gear knob, leather handbrake sleeve and fabric sports seats and part leather interior. AC, cruise control, Clarion CD/MP3 player and auxiliary driving lights are optional.
