It is custom Swifts galore at the ongoing 2018 Thai Motor Expo. Other than showcasing an Auto Salon Version of the Swift Sport, Suzuki Motor (Thailand) has showcased the top 5 finalists of a contest that aims to find the most attractive modified Swift in Thailand. Among the top entries is this Speedy Blue Metallic custom Suzuki Swift that belongs to one Mr Somrath Rasmitham.
The custom Suzuki Swift borrows its bumpers, 'staggered' grille, rear spoiler, side skirts, and fog lights from the Swift Sport. In the side profile, the dual-tone machined alloy rims of the regular model have been replaced with larger multi-spoke units that have a dark-grey paint shade.
The new wheels are shod with 195/45-spec soft-compound Continental tires for optimum road grip. This car features the Swift Sport's tailgate-mounted roof spoiler.
The interior is appointed with Recaro-sourced racing seats in red-black upholstery, a custom-made rear seat, sports pedals, Swift Sport's carpets, and a 10.2-inch touchscreen audio system.
The Thai-spec Suzuki Swift gets its juice from a K12M 1.2-litre Dualjet naturally aspirated engine that produces a maximum power of 83 PS and a peak torque of 108 Nm. The motor comes mated to a CVT. The custom Suzuki Swift Sport here doesn't feature performance updates.
