Before we talk about the custom paint, let us give a full disclosure that Royal Enfield already offers matte blue colour options on its motorcycles. The company launched the Airborne Blue Classic 350 Signals, alongside the Storm Rider Sand paint at an ex-showroom, Pune price of INR 1,61,984. There’s also the Redditch Blue that comes on the Classic 350 Redditch edition and the Squadron Blue that is available on the Classic 500.

This one is an aftermarket modification to the paint, featuring a different shade of blue than Royal Enfield's options. And the changes are not limited to the paint.
The fascia, for example, features a black headlight grille accompanied by a chrome ring. The body-coloured custom front fender further enhances the neat look of the motorcycle. The front suspension gets fork gaiters to protect the oil-seal against various elements. The photographs reveal aftermarket alloy wheels that replace the conventional wire-spoke units. The alloy wheels also enable the installation of tubeless tyres on the motorcycle. Currently, the only motorcycles in Royal Enfield’s portfolio to features alloy wheels are the Thunderbird 350X and Thunderbird 500X.
A chrome badge on the fuel tank avoids a monotonous look by adding a variety to the visuals. A dual-tone fuel filler cap further enhances the look of the motorcycle. The side panels get custom graphics and badges. The step-up saddle gets a ribbed pattern. Chrome housed blinkers can be seen on both ends.
The aftermarket crash guard complements the blue paint with a matte black finish. Close inspection also reveals an aftermarket exhaust that features heat wraps on the pipe.
The custom paint job does look appealing. Existing Royal Enfield owners who found themselves drooling over the blue paint options from the two-wheeler brand should consider an aftermarket solution as seen in the image.
