The Hyundai i10 has been here for quite some time and even got a mid life facelift, but it is time for the next gen model to fill the shoes.

The testing of the next generation Hyundai i10 has already started, the car was spotted in Chennai earlier this year. The sales of the i10 is witnessing a gradual slip and we all know it is only because of the lack of diesel option.
The next generation car has grown in dimensions which will surely offer more space than the current model. The car also has a wider front fascia which will adopt the family's Fluidic Sculpture design philosophy which has been well received in India. The interior of the car is also expected to be totally revamped.
The biggest news however is the inclusion of the 1.1 litre diesel engine to the lineup. The 3 cylinder turbo charged diesel engine is available in the European i20.
The current i10 is an excellent petrol hatchback and it is difficult to find fault in it. However, I would like the next gen car to have a steering which offers more feel and feedback and Hyundai could play with more colors on the dashboard instead of full beige.
I would like to know your thoughts and expectations on the next generation Hyundai i10. Feel free to share them with us using the comment box below.
