Aston Martin are showing this super exclusive Vanquish Volante Neiman Marcus Edition at the 2013 LA Auto Show. Based on the Volante, Aston's first carbon-fiber bodied convertible, this edition is hand crafted by the company’s bespoke customization arm - Q by Aston Martin.
The show car is seen in a Seychelles Blue color, a bright finished grille and an Atlantic Blue soft top, with blue brake calipers, sterling silver badges and 20-spoke lightweight alloy wheels.
The insides get semi-aniline leather seats, Aurora Blue contrast stitching, quilted door panel inserts, a Walnut trim, "Neiman Marcus" embroidered headrests and a four piece leather luggage set.
The ragtop is a triple-skin lightweight fabric roof which can be operated at speeds of up to 48 km/h and takes just 14 seconds to fold.
Underneath, a 6.0-liter V12 engine producing 565 bhp and 620 Nm of torque, paired to a six-speed Touchtronic II automatic transmission, accelerates this convertible from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and on to a top speed of 294 km/h.
Aston will be making only 10 units of this Volante, with prices starting at USD 344,500 (INR 2.16 crores).
