Tata registered an improvement in Nano sales as the company managed to push 8,707 cars to its dealers last month compared to 8,202 units in February. Apart from the free extended warranty and inexpensive maintenance package, TV and print adverts have aided the cause in boosting Nano sales.
If Tata Motors can offer a diesel variant returning 30kpl, they can surpass 10k units quite easily. Tata could only see off 6,937 units of the Indica range compared to 10k+ units in February. With the arrival of the eV2 model, Indica sales is bound to grow in April.
