Before we start writing about the latest rendering from IAB, let us make full disclosure that the motorcycle is an original product from IAB. No such bike is under development.

Now that we got the disclosure out of the way let us take a moment to admire the rendering, which is by IAB's digital artist Shoeb Kalania. The rendered motorcycle combines the most advanced products from two iconic brands – Bajaj Auto and Harley-Davidson. The digital image combines the muscular styling of the Bajaj Dominar 400 with the futuristic looks of the Harley-Davidson LiveWire electric motorcycle.
The combination results in an enhanced power cruiser styling. The fascia gets a revised setup with an updated design of the headlight with a brush silver mask. The rendered bike retains the muscular fuel tank design of the Dominar 400, while the saddle and the sub-frame come from the LiveWire. The rear mudguard mounted blinkers and number plate holder give the rendered motorcycle a short tail design.
Mechanical specifications combine the best of Dominar 400 and the LiveWire. While the engine uses an internal combustion format, the power is sent to the rear wheel via a belt drive. Similar to the Harley-Davidson LiveWire, the rendered motorcycle uses a large rear sprocket. The braking and suspension departments also come from the American bike. The anchoring department utilises twin discs at the front, and a single unit at the back, both grabbed by Brembo sourced callipers. Shock absorption hardware includes upside-down telescopic forks and the monoshock from the LiveWire.
The Dominar 400 featured in the rendering is the previous generation model, and thus you see a single outlet for the exhaust. The 2019 Dominar 400 UG, on the other hand, uses a twin-pod outlet.

While the motorcycle in the image is a speck of our imagination, Harley-Davidson is preparing a quarter-litre bike for the developing markets. The 250 cc motorcycle will most likely arrive with the "Street" badge and compete in the cruiser segment. Harley-Davidson will enter in a partnership with a local brand to develop and manufacture its new entry-level model, although it is yet to announce more details on this front. The product may arrive in the INR 2–2.5 lakh (ex-showroom) price range.
