Yamaha has launched the 2019 YZF-R15 V3.0 in Indonesia with three new colours, namely Racing Blue, Racing Yellow and Racing Black. The new model costs IDR 3,576,0000 (INR 1,75,958).
The Indonesian-spec model remains identical to the one present in the Indian market but it is offered with a premium upside-down fork suspension at the front, while the Indian-spec model is offered with traditional telescopic fork suspension. On the flipside, the Indonesian-spec model doesn't feature ABS, while the Indian-spec model is equipped with dual-channel ABS.
The third-generation YZF-R15 V3.0 was launched in India at Auto Expo 2018. It comes with Assist and Slipper clutch, Variable-Valve Actuation (VVA), fully digital display with shift timer and many more new technologies. In January, dual-channel ABS was introduced, and now, it is a standard safety feature.
The Yamaha R15 mounts a 155 cc liquid-cooled 4-valve engine which delivers 19.3 PS of maximum power at 10,000 rpm and 14.7Nm of peak torque at 8500 rpm. The engine works in conjunction with a 6-speed transmission. The bike generates its maximum power significantly higher in the rev range, and VVA makes sure that the power surge remains strong even when the engine is revving close to the red-line.
The bike is also available with official accessories such as tank pad, skid plate, mobile charger, frame slider, seat cover and Daytona exhaust muffler (only for race circuit usage).

The Indian-spec YZF-R15 V3.0 comes in three colour options including Thundergrey, Racing Blue and Darknight. It retails at INR 1,41,680 (Ex-Showroom, Delhi).
