Thailand-based K-Speed Customs have modified a humble Honda Super Cub into a one-of-a-kind wicked cafe-scrambler. K-Speed Customs have christened the moped at the 'K-Storm'.
The Honda Super Cub is known the world over for its utterly reliable build quality. Such is the popularity of the two-wheeler that the moped has managed to sell over 100 million units globally. However, K-Speed Customs had other plans for the humble Super Cub. The custom house has worked its magic to transform the Cub into a desirable moped.
Up front, the modified Honda Super Cub features a custom front fender, which conceals the suspension. The moped gets an LED headlight that is repositioned on the front apron, while the rear body panel chopped-off and is custom-made to accommodate the new rear shocks. The long dual seat has been replaced with a single-seat, while the rear fender is done away with.
The custom Honda Super Cub features a dual tone dark brown and copper brown paint scheme. The moped comes with a flat handlebar to give it a slightly aggressive riding posture. K-Speed Customs has used fatter front telescopic forks and twin coil-spring shock absorber at the back that replace the stock units.
Stopping power comes from disc brakes at both the ends, which replace the drum brakes on the stock Super Cub, while the spoke wheels are replaced by the carbon wheel covers.

Apart from the mentioned changes, the Custom Honda Super Cub remains unchanged in the engine department. The moped is powered by a 109cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled four-stroke motor that pumps out 8 bhp of power and 8.5 Nm of peak torque. A V-Matic transmission transfers drive to the wheel.
