Here's a Yamaha RX100 by an enthusiast, which has been tastefully modified into a scrambler. The customizer has opted for a clean and minimalist design.
The custom Yamaha RX100 Scrambler features a three-tone Red, White and Green paint scheme for the stock fuel tank, while its front and rear fenders are finished in red. To maintain the clean look, the custom builder has got rid of parts like speedometer and side panels.
The tail section of the chassis is slightly redesigned to enhance the scrambler look. The modified Yamaha RX100 uses fatter telescopic forks up front and a mono-shock at the rear. The bike comes with an 'RD-extender' handlebar, a free-flow exhaust and a box-type swingarm.
The headlight nacelle has been redesigned to integrate it with the forks. While the stock Yamaha RX100 features drum brake at both the ends, the customizer has used a disc brake at the front and rear drum setup. The motorcycle rides on 18-inch wire-spoke wheels wrapped in CEAT Vertigo dual-purpose tyres.
There's no information about any modifications done to the engine to extract more power or torque. However, the custom bike builder has used a free-flow air-filter, which should help enhance the performance.
The stock Yamaha RX100 is powered by a 98 cc, single-cylinder, 2-stroke, air-cooled motor that is mated to a 4-speed gearbox. The carburetted, 7-point torque induction engine is capable of churning out a maximum power of 11 bhp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 10.39 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The motorcycle has a top speed of 100 km/h and a kerb weight of 103 kg.

The stock Yamaha RX100 has a fuel tank capacity of 10.5 litres. It has a seat height of 765 mm and a ground clearance of 145 mm. It measures 1965 mm in length, 740 mm in width and 1,050 mm in height.
