Autocar has leaked the features list of the 2018 Maruti Ertiga. The new model is set to launch on 21 November (Wednesday), while its pre-orders have been underway for INR 11,000 since last week.
Underpinning the 2018 Maruti Ertiga is the Heartect platform, which the new MPV shares with the Baleno, Ignis, Dzire and Swift. The new model will share its engine options with the refreshed Ciaz, thereby offering the all-new K15B 1.5-litre VVT petrol engine and the D13A 1.3-litre DDIS200 turbo-diesel motor. Both powerplants will benefit from the SHVS mild hybrid system. The new people carrier will be available in L, V, Z, and Z+ trims. The petrol automatic version will be on sale only in the V and Z trims.
