South African publication Double Apex have shared images of a 2018 BMW X5 painted in the BMW Individual colour. The new generation model’s global launch will take place in November 2018.
The all-new BMW X5 flaunts the Sunstone metallic BMW Individual paint. A number of other BMW Individual options are available, such as tinted headlights and rear lights, BMW Individual high-gloss exterior trim, BMW Individual roof rails, 22-inch BMW Individual wheels and painted BMW Individual brake callipers.
The exclusivity isn't limited to the exterior. Customers can make the interior special with BMW Individual extended Merino leather trim that is available in five colours, BMW Individual interior trim (Finewood Ash Grain Silver or Piano Black), BMW Individual leather instrument panel and BMW Individual door sill finishers.
BMW has introduced the G05 X5 in four engine models, namely xDrive40i, xDrive50i, xDrive30d and M50d. Their specifications are as follows:
- xDrive40i - 3.0L petrol engine (340 PS/450 Nm), 8-speed Steptronic AT, xDrive AWD
- xDriive50i - 4.4L petrol engine (462 PS/650 Nm), 8-speed Steptronic AT, xDrive AWD
- xDrive30d - 3.0L diesel engine (265 PS/620 Nm), 8-speed Steptronic AT, xDrive AWD
- M50d - 3.0L diesel engine (400 PS/760 Nm), 8-speed Steptronic AT, xDrive AWD
Adaptive LED headlights with Laserlight technology, conjoined kidney grille with active air flaps, two-axle air suspension, rear-wheel steering, all-new head-up display, 12.3-inch virtual instrument cluster, 12.3-inch touch-operated central display and 1,500-watt, 20-speaker Bowers & Wilkins Diamond 3D surround sound system are the highlights of the fourth generation BMW X5.

The all-new BMW X5 will likely go on sale in India in mid-2019.
