Waiting period for Royal Enfield Classic 350 & Bullet 350 across 13 cities

How long will it take for your favourite entry level Royal Enfield to leave the showroom and join your garage this festive season? The delivery time depends on many factors and thus, every city has a different waiting period. With an increase in demand, the waiting period for motorcycles can vary from a few days to several weeks.

The Royal Enfield Classic 350 range is now available with a rear disc brake. The safety net of ABS, however, is still not available. The rear disc brake variant has been priced at INR 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai).

Zigwheels has compiled a chart that details the waiting periods of the models city-wise.

Buyers in Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmadabad, for example, can bring home the Bullet 350 as soon as the full payment is made and the motorcycle is registered. However, customers in Mumbai and Pune will have to wait for 20 days bring home the same model. Similarly, buyers in Delhi, Chandigarh and Kolkata can ride away on the Classic 500 with no waiting period while the customers in Mumbai, Pune and Ahmadabad will have to wait for a month to do so.

Check out the current waiting period for the most popular Royal Enfield motorcycles, the Classic 350 and the Bullet 350 this festive season. Do note that the waiting period mentioned below may change as the festive gets into full swing.

Both motorcycles use a 346cc, Single Cylinder, 4 stroke, Twinspark, Air-cooled engine that delivers 19.8 bhp of maximum power at 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. Conventional telescopic front forks with 130mm travel and twin shock absorbers with 5-step adjustable preload and 80mm travel handle the suspension duties.

In September 2018, the entire Royal Enfield Classic 350 range received the rear disc brake. The motorcycles, equipped with the rear disc brake, have been priced at INR 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai).

Neither of the two motorcycles have received the option of ABS yet but the safety net is expected to arrive in a few weeks. Upcoming safety norms (April 2019) mandate the installation of ABS on motorcycles above 125cc. Royal Enfield has already started offering the safety features on some of its models while the rest will be updated very soon.
