YouTube channel Power Stroke PS has posted a video showing the Mahindra Marazzo unloading from a transporter. The video shows the upcoming MPV’s fog lamps and puddle lamps.
The Mahindra Marazzo is the first all-new Mahindra since the Mahindra KUV100, developed from the ground up indigenously. Unlike what early reports had speculated, it's not the successor to the Mahindra Xylo. Developed in collaboration by Mahindra North American Technical Center and Mahindra Research Valley, the MPV has the largest footprint (wheelbase x front track) of any Mahindra vehicle. It features a shark-inspired design.
The Marazzo rides on an all-new platform. Mahindra will offer this model with a newly developed 1.5-litre diesel engine that will likely produce around 121 hp and 300 Nm of torque, along with a standard 6-speed manual transmission. A petrol engine option will follow later, but there’s no word on the availability of an automatic transmission yet.
Projector headlamps, LED DRLs, 16-inch alloy wheels, LED tail lights, purple-themed instrument cluster with 3D light guides, automatic climate control, touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and industry-first roof AC with Surround Cool Technology will form the core features of the Marazzo.
The Mahindra Marazzo’s launch is on 3 September, 2018. Its production has commenced at the Nashik plant, where capacity will go up from 1,60,000 vehicles to 2,10,000 vehicles resultantly.

The Mahindra Marazzo's prices are likely to start under INR 10 lakh (ex-showroom). Mahindra will price it such that it sits between the Maruti Ertiga and the Toyota Innova Crysta.
