Autocar reports that the 2018 Mahindra Marazzo MPV, which goes on sale on September 3, will launch in four trim levels - M2, M4, M6, and M8. Several dealerships are accepting bookings for a token amount of Rs 10,000.
In compliance with the upcoming stringent safety norms, all variants of the 2018 Mahindra Marazzo will offer dual front airbags, a passenger airbag off-switch, speed sensitive door lock/unlock, ABS with EBD and brake assist, and Isofix child seat mounts as standard equipment. The Marazzo MPV will launch with a single engine option, a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-diesel that will output 130 bhp and 300 Nm. The engine will come mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Automatic variants should launch in a few months from now. This all-new diesel engine will also power the S201 sub-4-metre compact SUV.
