The 2018 Hero Karizma ZMR has started reaching dealerships in India, and the bike is snapped at a Hero MotoCorp dealership in Delhi by Financial Express. Hero has announced the prices of the Karizma ZMR on its website; however.

Hero MotoCorp is soon expected to officially launch the 2018 Hero Karizma ZMR in India. Meanwhile, select Hero dealerships are accepting bookings for the motorcycle.

Hero MotoCorp dealerships in Mumbai also claim that bookings are open for the motorcycle. According to dealerships we reached out to, potential buyers can book the 2018 Karizma ZMR at an amount of INR 5,000. The new Karizma ZMR is available in two versions that are Standard (INR 1,08,000) and Dual-tone (INR 1,10,500), respectively (Both prices are ex-showroom Delhi).

The motorcycle has received several upgrades over the course of its 15 years of history, and this is yet another attempt by the company to revive the brand. However, the introduction of BS-IV emission norms and a decrease in the sales numbers forced Hero MotoCorp to discontinue the Karizma ZMR in India in April 2017. That said, Hero MotoCorp is reportedly working on the next-generation Hero Karizma that is likely to see the light of day by 2020.

The introduction of the 2018 Hero Karizma ZMR is surprising, as the company isn't offering ABS even as an option, which will be made mandatory from 1 April 2019. The company does offer fuel injection as standard, though, on the new Karizma ZMR.
