JEDI Customs, a Mumbai-based motorcycle custom house has modified the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 into a modern custom cruiser called ‘Stellar’.
This Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 has made a stellar transformation from the stock bike with matte black undertones to a cruiser with a shiny new attitude. The bodywork features silver colour paint job with custom stripes, and ‘Made Like a Gun’ logo on the fuel tank. The side-box features ‘Jedi’ brand work, and the custom handlebar results in an altered riding position. The aftermarket LED headlamp gets an orange colour DRL. Sitting on top of the headlamp is the single pod offset instrument cluster, and an LED auxiliary light on the right side. This setup gives the bike an eccentric but unique look. The tail light gets a black bezel, with black grille.

While the powertrain looks untouched mechanically, the custom house has added a healthy dose of chrome, transforming the stock matte black unit. The exhaust header features a thermal wrap, which ends with an aftermarket slash-cut exhaust. The stock 346 cc single cylinder mill makes 19.8 bhp at 5,250 rpm, and 28 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The engine mates with a 5-speed transmission.
The suspension bits are stock, with a telescopic front fork and twin gas-charged rear shock absorbers. The lower portion of the front fork is in black, and they have chopped the black front fender as well. The dual-tone alloy wheels are shod with Ralco Speed Blaster tubeless tyres. The brakes are stock, with a 280 mm front and a 240 mm rear disc.
