Suzuki Motorcycles India will be showcasing the kid-friendly motocross bike, the 2018 Suzuki DR-Z70 at this year’s Auto Expo next month.
In total, the Japanese brand will showcase 17 products, at the show. The 2018 Suzuki DR-Z70 is ideal for younger riders who are learning the ropes of off-road riding. The bike gets a keyed ignition to ensure adult supervision and an adjustable throttle limiter to control the engine output. The 67 cc OHC 4-stroke engine pairs with a 3-speed transmission with automatic clutch.

Suspension bits include upside down front fork and a rear monoshock. The bike comes to a halt using drum brakes on both ends. The DR-Z70 weighs only 55 kg (kerb). It comes with an accessible seat height of 560 mm. The 10-inch spoke wheels are shod with tube tyres.

Since the 2018 Suzuki DR-Z70 is meant for children, the bike can accommodate one rider only and has a weight limit of 40 kg. A six-month, unlimited mileage warranty is standard in the US market. It costs USD 1,849, MSRP (INR 117,661).
