The 2018 Suzuki Ertiga (2018 Maruti Ertiga)’s exterior has leaked online through brochure scans, giving the first look at the redesigned model.
With the complete makeover, the Suzuki Ertiga has entered its second generation. The proportions look much like those of its predecessor, but its design is more appealing. At the front, the 2018 Suzuki Ertiga features a new hexagonal chrome grille flanked by sleek projector headlamps, more dynamically designed bumper, revised lower grille and a resculpted hood with more crease lines.
The profile of the 2018 Suzuki Ertiga makes it look instantly bigger than its predecessor, particularly because of the stretched portion behind the C-pillar. The quarter glass and D-pillar’s shape is reminiscent of the Mitsubishi Xpander. The family van is hoisted on 15-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 185/65 R15 tyres. The leaked brochure scan reveals that Suzuki will offer smart entry feature.
At the rear, the 2018 Suzuki Ertiga’s back glass is angled forward for enhanced styling. The L-shaped LED rear combination lamps with light guides also remind of the Mitsubishi Xpander. A chrome stripe above the license plate recess, which looks wider, connects the tail lamps. Needless to say, the tailgate and bumper also sport a new design. There are two parking sensors fitted in the rear bumper. The LED high mount stop lamp on the rear spoiler is smaller on the redesigned model.
