A matte brown colour variant of the TVS Jupiter Classic edition has been spotted at a dealership. Bikewale reports that the new colour version of the scooter has been launched at the same price as the Sunlit Ivory Classic edition.
The new colour gives the TVS Jupiter Classic a matte brown body finish. There are brown and white decals on the apron and on the sides as well. Apart from the colour, the features are the same as the existing Classic Edition. The Classic edition features a cushioned backrest, ribbed premium leather seat, front fender ornament, windscreen, and chromed retro style rear view mirrors. The instrument cluster also comes with a new design to go with the Classic theme.

The scooter uses the same 109.7 cc single cylinder OHC engine which produces 8 bhp of power at 7,500 rpm and 8.4 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. A CVT unit transmits drive.

The Jupiter uses telescopic forks at the front and a gas-charged monoshock at the rear. For the rear, the scooter uses a 130 mm drum brake. A 220 mm front disc is standard for the front wheel. 90-section tubeless tyres wrap the 12-inch front and rear black alloy wheels. Other notable features include external fuel cap, TVS’ patented Econometer with Eco and Power modes, smart USB charger and a patented E-Z centre stand. The Jupiter Classic Edition costs INR 55,466, ex-showroom, Delhi.
