The 1,969 cc diesel mill powering the Volvo XC60 develops 235 hp of max power and 480 Nm of peak torque. The SUV employs an Aisin-sourced 8-speed automatic transmission, which sends power to all four wheels. The 2.0 L D5 AWD engine utilises something called - Power Pulse Technology. This feature spools up the turbo instantly thereby negating any turbo-lag from a stop-go situation. The driver can choose from five driving modes - Eco, Comfort, Dynamic, Off-Road and Individual.
