The 2017 Toyota GT86, which premièred as the 2017 Toyota 86 at the New York Auto Show last April, was showcased at the 2017 Vienna Auto Show which concluded on 14 January. Here are the facelifted Toyota GT86' images from the show.
The 2017 Toyota GT86 measures 4,240 mm in length, 1,775 mm in width and 1,320 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,570 mm. It sports the Euro 6-compliant 2.0-litre Boxer four-cylinder engine that produces 147 kW (197.05 hp) at 7,000 rpm and 205 Nm of torque at 6,400-6,600 rpm.
Transmission choices include 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic. The 2017 Toyota GT86 can reach 0-100 km/h in 7.6 seconds (6MT)/8.2 seconds (6AT) and has a top speed of 226 km/h (6MT)/210 km/h (6AT).
The 2017 Toyota GT86 features LED headlights, LED fog lamps, 17-inch alloy wheels and LED tail lamps. Key interior features include aluminium pedals, dual-zone automatic climate control, Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system with a 6.1-inch display and 6-speaker sound system.
On the safety front, the 2017 GT86 comes with seven airbags, ABS with EBD and BA, HAC (Hill-start Assist Control), TRC (Traction Control), VSC (Vehicle Stability Control) and TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System).
