Expected to be based on the current Qoros 3 sedan's platform.
Qoros is working on another new SUV based on the Qoros 3 platform, which is expected to make its debut next year.
Judging by the spyshots from auto.ifeng, the new SUV is bigger than the Qoros 3 City SUV, and looks more dynamic. The uncovered side profile reveals large swept back headlamps that mimic the styling of the Range Rover Evoque, large wrap-around LED taillamps, round fog lamps with chrome bezels, and an upright Qoros grille.
Under the hood, it's likely powered by a 154bhp 1.6-litre petrol engine paired to either a six-speed manual or dual-clutch automatic transmission. An AWD system could be offered as optional equipment.

The Qoros SUV could go official at a Chinese Motor Show in 2016. Given Qoros' interest in entering the European market, the Qoros SUV could be one of the few products on offer, although the brand introduction could still take a few more years.
