Could be based on the Fiat Small Wide platform.
Autos Segredos has posted a new render of the Fiat Toro pickup, which gives the first unofficial look at the exterior design.
It appears to draw heavy influence by the Fiat FCC4 Concept from the 2014 Sao Paulo Auto Show. The front-end features a sleek pair of LED DRLs connected by a chrome strip, while the main headlamps are integrated in the bumper. It's unclear if the actual amount will be treated to a generous amount of chrome seen in the render.
Also, courtesy of Ferd, the interior of the Fiat Toro has been snapped, which is inline with Fiat’s latest products, as seen in the steering wheel, piano black center console and instrument cluster. Higher trims could feature FCA’s 5 inch UConnect infotainment system as standard and a large MID in the center of the instrument cluster.

As it is based, reportedly, based on the Fiat Small Wide platform, it could pack engines compatible with it, which include a 2.0L Multijet diesel or a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol paired to either a 6-speed manual as standard or a 9-speed automatic gearbox. An AWD system could also be offered as optional equipment.
The Fiat Toro is likely to launch in 2016 in Brazil, and could also be launched in markets where demand for pick-up trucks is high.
