The new Swift could launch on October 24.
Seen here are brochure scans of the 2015 Maruti Swift, which will launch in the coming days according to dealers who spoke to Indian Autos Blog. The scans confirm the improved fuel efficiency and the new features.
The petrol Swift will now return 20.4 km/l, and the diesel model delivers 25.2 km/l. These figures represent a 10 percent improvement over the pre-facelift model, and were achieved possibly by tweaking the compression ratio.
The top-end variants of the 2015 Swift will get keyless entry with an engine starter button, electrically adjustable and folding wing mirrors, a Bluetooth-equipped audio system and reverse parking sensors. The ZXi/ZDi variants of the Swift already come with ABS, EBD, dual front airbags and automatic climate control.
On the outside, the refreshed Swift gets L-shaped silver accents and a mildly redesigned airdam. Two new body colors - Solid Red and Violet - are reportedly in the offing.
