These are the first images of the 2014 Chevrolet Agile (facelift model) from a Brazilian dealer showroom, on a mission to regain lost ground to its stablemate, the Chevy Onix. The Onix, relying on a roomier cabin and a smarter styling among other reasons, is outselling the entry-level Agile, which was introduced in 2009.
In its first lifecycle activity the Agile gains headlights that have flatter lenses and the twin-slat Chevrolet grille featured on the Spin.
The 2014 Chevrolet Agile keeps the same taillights, but with a different lens. The rear bumper gets a different registration plate enclosure and a rubber strip linking the vertically stacked reflector lights placed at each end.
Moving to the interior, the Agile receives a new multifunction steering wheel with a flat bottom. Rest of the cabin stays as it is.
The 2014 Chevrolet Agile gets the same 1.4 engine Econo-Flex engine, perhaps with a marginal power increase, paired to an optional Easytronic semi-automatic gearbox.
Its only a matter time of time before an official announcement is made on the new Agile which should confirm the prices and the powertrain updates. To get more updates, stick around to IndianAutosBlog.com!
