The Dacia Logan is a very good example of how a low cost car can be reliable and dynamically sound.

The new iteration only gets better, and hearing this, India is missing the Logan dearly.

Renault India has no intention to bring down the Sandero and Logan as the company looks for ways to improve sales of its recent launch Pulse, and marketing the newborn Scala as an upmarket sedan to reach respectable sales volumes.

Meanwhile Dacia has released the pictures of this car recently and here is the official video that highlights the Logan's features and the new look.

Let's start with the looks. The old Logan's boxy lines have departed and the new car sports a masculine look with its flared wheel arches and an aggressively sculpted chin.

The silhouette is devoid of any drama and that's not a bad thing. The short rear overhang makes the boot stubby. At rear, the tail lamps are wrapped around and there is a kink in the boot lid above the lamps.

Interiors have a typical Dacia aura to it. Many elements in the dashboard, including the multi function display are sourced from the Duster and the Lodgy. The audio controls are mounted behind the steering and the rear seats split and fold to make more boot space.
