Electric mobility is the future, and we are witnessing more products as the days pass. Earlier this month, we saw a test mule of the upcoming Tork T6X electric motorcycle testing in India. Bangalore based Ather Energy, backed by Hero MotoCorp, American hedge fund Tiger Global and Flipkart founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal, commenced operations in 2018. Well-known American EV brand Zero Motorcycles has teased its next product along with the unveiling date that is scheduled for February 25, 2018. The image teases the fascia, revealing a full LED setup with LED DRLs. The image also reveals upside-down telescopic front forks. The upside down forks isn’t surprising as the company’s existing offering, the S and SR come with the same shock absorber at the front.

The motorcycle, christened SR/F, will extend Zero Motorcycles’ Naked Street portfolio that includes the S and the SR. The S is the standard variant while the SR is the premium offering from the California-based electric two-wheeler brand. Zero Motorcycles also added that the SR/F is an entirely new platform that is aimed to deliver an effortlessly powerful experience in the naked street bike category.

The two-wheeler brand also offers DS and DSR in Ride Through Anything range, and Zero FX and FXS in the Stealthy Supermoto range.

The company stated on its website:

Backed by thirteen years of innovation and iteration, setbacks and what-ifs, our next evolution will be the first of its kind. Effortless power. Precise instinct. This is the future of motorcycling.
