A Team BHP member has uploaded the introductory brochure of the Toyota Innova Crysta which is expected to launch in the market on May 3, 2016.
Some of the features that will be offered on the top-end variant of the Toyota Innova Crysta include 7 airbags (including a driver's knee airbag), Vehicle Stability Control, Hill-Start Assist control, LED projector headlights, automatic climate control with rear auto AC, 1-touch tumble and space-up rear seats, easy-slide front passenger seat, bootlid easy closer, 7-inch touchscreen audio with navigation, 8-way power adjustable driver's seat, smart entry with push start button and ambient lighting.
On the powertrain front, the Innova Crysta is expected to be offered with a pair of GD diesel engines with Eco and Power driving modes and an optional 6-speed automatic transmission with sequential shift. The standard gearbox will be a 5-speed unit.

Toyota is expected to offer the MPV with its 2.4- and 2.8-liter diesel engines. The former develops 149 PS and 343 Nm of torque, while the latter produces 177 PS and 360 Nm of torque. Later in the year, reports state that a petrol variant will be introduced, so as to circumvent the negative sentiment around diesel vehicles owing to their ban in the NCR (New Capital Region).
