The center console receives silver accents and a new Harman ConnectNext infotainment system with 6-speakers, Speed Dependent Volume Control, Bluetooth Hands Free, Phone Book Download, Audio Streaming and Reverse Parking Sensor Display. Tata has also updated the seat fabrics to a 'Java Black' color.
On the performance front, the Safari Storme facelift continues with the 2.2-liter four-cylinder VariCOR diesel engine, but in a higher state of tune of 150 PS and 320 Nm of torque, paired to a 5-speed manual transmission.
A spyshot last month revealed that Tata Motors is working on an automatic transmission for the Safari Storme. Until then, the SUV will be solely available with a 5MT with 2WD or optional 4WD on the top-end variant.
