A modified Tata Aria has been shown at the ongoing 2013 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS). From the single image that is available, we notice an all-new front bumper has been designed keeping the word 'modified' and 'sporty' in mind.
It gets two scoops for the airdam, pronounced enclosures for the foglights and a broader central grille in between. White-colored alloy wheels with broader rubber such that it protrudes a little bit from the body, are also part of this kit.
The IIMS also saw Tata's entry into the Indonesian market (though the product launches were carried out earlier). PT Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI) as it is called, will initially sell the Aria, Safari Storme and Vista. However, the Manza and Indigo along with the Vista diesel were also shown at the IIMS to gauge customer feedback.
In their press release, Tata says -
In the passenger segment, TMDI will be launching the Tata Aria, Tata Vista and Tata Safari Storme which have been officially introduced to consumers at a successful recent product launch. TMDI will also be introducing consumers to modified versions of the Vista, Aria and Safari Storme. Apart from this, TMDI is also showcasing two new Sedans and a Diesel version of Tata Vista to gauge the customer feedback.
Based on the picture, the modified Storme sports larger alloy wheels of a new design with wider rubber.
