Front and rear ends are covered up.
At a media event, Skoda unveiled the production-spec Skoda VisionS SUV (codenamed A-Plus), which has its front and rear ends covered up. Rumored to be called Skoda Kodiaq, it will make its world premiere at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.
The mid-size premium SUV is expected to arrive in the Indian market in late-2017. It will be based on the MQB platform from the second generation VW Tiguan, and will be the first of its kind from Skoda that will sit above the Skoda Yeti crossover.
Judging by the looks of the A-Plus prototype, the Skoda Kodiaq will feature a filtered-down version of the VisionS concept's exterior. It features angular LED taillamps, dual exhaust pipes enclosed by the black-plastic bumper, triangular reflectors, and long butterfly grille flanked by sleek LED headlamps with LED DRLs.
