Revolt RV400 and RV300 sold out for 2019

The Revolt RV400 and the RV300 have received a positive response in the Indian market. The electric motorcycles are sold out for 2019.

Revolt Intellicorp had announced in a statement at the start of this month (October 2019) that the first batch of RV400 electric motorcycles has been sold out, and that the company will soon announce the closure of bookings for the second batch November-December & January-February 2020. While the bookings are closed for the November-December batch, potential buyers can still reserve their bikes for the January-February 2020 batch.

Speaking about the response to the electric motorcycles, Rahul Sharma, Founder, Revolt Intellicorp, said:

We have received an overwhelming response in terms of bookings from our customers and we are confident that they are going to enjoy their riding experience with RV400. We would like to take the opportunity to thank India for the tremendous response, and having the trust and patience in an emerging brand. We are now sold out for the November and December batch too. The bookings are now open for January-February 2020.

The company has also commenced the deliveries of the RV400 and the RV300 in Delhi and Pune. Revolt Intellicorp currently offers the products in the two cities mentioned above. The company now plans to expand in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Ahmedabad in the next four months.

The two electric motorcycles are available through two payment methods – Revolt Cash Down and My Revolt Plan. Revolt Cash Down lets the customers pay the entire amount for the electric motorcycles at once while My Revolt Plan works in monthly instalments.

Under the ‘Revolt Cash Down’ plan, the Cost Before on Road prices (or the ex-showroom price) for the RV400 and the RV300 stand at INR 98,999 and INR 84,999 respectively. The Revolt Cash Down plan does not include registration/RTO, Smart card. Insurance and one-time mandatory charge of 4G connectivity for 3 years. On the other hand, the Cost before on Road price includes the FAME II subsidy benefits. In contrast, the ‘My Revolt Plan’ brings the Revolt RV400 and the RV300 with easy monthly instalments of INR 3,499 and INR 2,999 respectively.
