Lexus has presented two concepts on the upcoming RC Series at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
Lexus RC F GT3 concept
The Lexus RC F GT3 concept is a track-only version of the RC F that will be provided to racing teams next year. It is powered by a V8 engine from the RC F but modified to output more than 540 hp whereas the RC F offers 455 hp.
The vehicle weighs 1,249 kg and measures 4,705 mm in length, 2,000 mm in width and 1,270 mm height, with a wheelbase of 2730 mm wheelbase. Testing of the vehicle is set to commence in the coming months ahead of its participation in the Super GT series in Japan and 24 Hours of Nürburgring in Germany.
Lexus RC 350 F SPORT
The Lexus RC 350 F SPORT has been shown at the Geneva Motor Show.
The RC 350 F SPORT joins the lineup which has the RC 350 and RC F and is placed between the two models featuring a very aggressive look and 19-inch alloy wheels with a dark metallic hue.
Fitted with a a double wishbone front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension, the car is powered by a V6 engine that develops 306 bhp @ 6,400 rpm and 375 Nm @ 4,800 rpm. Drive is sent to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Other upgrades include Adaptive Variable Suspension with Lexus Dynamic Handling, perforated leather steering and shift knob, and Rioja Red upholstery specific to the F Sport model.
