Jeep Compass Available With Discounts Of Up To INR 1.6 lakh

Jeep dealers in India are offering huge discounts on select variants of the Compass for the month of November 2019. The most affordable model in the company's local lineup is currently being offered with benefits of up to INR 1.6 lakh, depending upon the trim levels and engine-gearbox combinations.

The entry-level Sport trim of the Jeep Compass in the 4x2 diesel configuration is available with benefits of up to INR 1.6 lakh, while the petrol equivalent of the same trim can be bought with benefits of up to INR 70,000. The Sport Plus trim can be had with up to INR 1.1 lakh benefits on the diesel variant, while the petrol equivalent is currently available at up to INR 50,000 benefits.

The Compass Longitude, Longitude (O) and Limited trims are available with benefits of up to INR 1.4 lakh on diesel-manual 4x2 configuration, while the Limited (O) trim is offered with INR 1.6 lakh worth benefits. The petrol-automatic Longitude (O) and Limited trims are available with benefits of up to INR 1.1 lakh, and the Limited (O) trims can be picked up with benefits of up to INR 1.40 lakh.

It should be noted here that Jeep Compass Limited Plus, Limited Plus 4x4, Limited 4X4 and Trailhawk are not being sold with any special discounts or benefits. The Jeep Compass has been available with two engine options, including a 173 PS 2.0-litre turbo-diesel and a 163 PS 1.4-litre turbo-petrol. The range-topping Trailhawk variant is being offered with a 9-speed automatic transmission.

Please note that the offers and discounts mentioned above may vary depending on the location and stock availability. In another news, Jeep is also developing a mid-cycle facelift for the Compass which will be launched sometime in 2020. Also, a 7-seat version of this SUV will follow in 2021. The Jeep Compass rivals the likes of MG Hector, Tata Harrier and Kia Seltos.
