JCB has launched its new JS205LC Tracked Excavator which is developed and manufactured in India for the Indian market.
JCB is India's largest maker of construction equipment and has been leading the market by a fair margin in the backhoe loader segment. The company is also well known for its excavators.

Today is a very proud day for JCB India. Once again, JCB raises the bar in innovation with the launch of New Tracked Excavator – JS205LC. The new 20 tonne Excavator offers best fuel efficiency, coupled with better performance and productivity.
According to the company, the JCB JS205LC has a best-in-class fuel economy during excavation which saves a claimed 1.3 lakhs per annum on fuel. The tracked excavator can be used for earthwork, quarrying, and road construction among others.
The machine is powered by a 109KW (146 bhp) engine and has a bucket capacity of 0.8 cu.m to 1.02 cu.m. JCB’s Plexus Oil Filter System extends hydraulic oil life by up to 5,000 hrs, reducing the maintenance cost.
In addition to the JS205LC, JCB also launched the 432ZX four wheeled loader which has the ability to dump the load at the centre of the tipper or any other high bodied truck.
